Air India to suspend Delhi-HK-Osaka service from 17 Sept

In a recent update, Air India has suspended its operations from Delhi to Osaka, Kansai International Airport via Hong Kong. At present, there are three weekly flights from New Delhi to Osaka via Hong Kong- Friday, Monday and Wednesday and Boeing 787 Dreamliner is deployed on this route. Despite this move by Air India, Japanese airlines like ANA and JAL are planning to expand their Indian operations. ANA is planning direct daily on Tokyo-Chennai route from this October and JAL will start its daily to Bengaluru from Tokyo from 2020.
