Mumbai & Delhi lead in hotel rates, Jaipur & Hyderabad record sharpest ARR growth in India: HVS Anarock

According to HVS Anarock’s ARR Trends Across Key Indian Markets, Mumbai and New Delhi recorded the highest average rates during the month, exceeding ₹11,500 and ₹10,500, respectively. In terms of year-over-year growth, Jaipur (19-21%) and Hyderabad (18-20%) led the charge with the sharpest increases in ARR.
