India’s food services sector to swell by ₹7.76 trillion by 2028 translating to compounded annual growth rate of 8%: NRAI

With the rising trend of dining out among millennials and GenZ, the growth of India’s food services sector is projected to reach up to ₹7.76 trillion by 2028 from ₹5.69 trillion in 2024, according to a report by National Restaurant Association of India report and Kantar, a market research agency. This would translate into a compounded annual growth rate of 8.1 per cent.
