On its 18th anniversary, IndiGo has launched its new business product, ‘IndiGoStretch,’ for 12 domestic routes starting in mid-November. Booking for the Delhi-Mumbai route will open on 6 August, with fares starting at ₹18,018. The airline also announced plans to add flights to 7 more international destinations in the current fiscal year, bringing the total to 40.

                                                     Flights Now on Sale Through All ITA Airways Channels Rome, July 1, 2024 – ITA Airways, the Italian reference airline, announces the new nonstop flight between Rome Fiumicino and Bangkok, starting operations on November 16 with five weekly frequencies. The new route is the first ITA Airways’ connection between Italy and Thailand, and represents one of the highlights of the upcoming 2024/2025 Winter season, alongside the Rome Fiumicino – Dubai flight inaugurating on 27th October, 2024. The Rome – Bangkok flight, available for purchase starting today on all Company’s channels, will be operated with an Airbus A330neo according to the following schedule: • Rome Fiumicino – Bangkok, operating from November 16 with departures on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 3:15 pm (local time), arriving in Bangkok at 7:40 am (local time). • Bangkok – Rome Fiumicino, operating from November 17 with departures on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday at 12:15 pm (local time), arriving in Rome at 7:00 pm (local time). Deepak Narula, Managing Director, GRNconnect, has said that besides the online B2B portal www.GRNconnect.com, where the company offers hotels, apartments, transfers, sightseeing and packages, they also now offer a White Label solution that includes flights. He adds that they have received a good response for it. In fact, the company also has a host of products lined up for an early-September release.

SpiceJet has announced the launch of 12 non-stop flights and frequencies from January 20. The airline, in a statement, said, “With the new flights, passengers from Dehradun, Jammu, Jaipur, Amritsar, Varanasi, Madurai and Vijayawada can now easily travel to a host of other cities.” It said, “SpiceJet will be the first Indian carrier to introduce daily direct flights on the Dehradun-Jammu, Dehradun-Jaipur and Dehradun-Amritsar routes,” . The airline has also enhanced frequencies on the Jaipur-Varanasi (2nd frequency), Chennai-Madurai (4th frequency) and Hyderabad-Vijayawada (3rd frequency) sectors. The flights on all the routes are daily, except on the Chennai-Madurai route, where the flights will not operate on Tuesdays. Source: PTI

Thai AirAsia is introducing three new routes to Gaya, Bhubaneswar and Visakhapatnam from December 3, 6 and 7, respectively. The airline will operate four direct flights a week from Bangkok to Gaya on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. From Bhubaneswar to Bangkok, direct flights will operate thrice a week on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Besides, flights from Vizag to Bangkok will operate on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The return flights would be available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
