The Leela Hyderabad in collaboration with CONOSH is delighted to announce an exclusive Chef Pop-Up on 19th and 20th September 2025, featuring the celebrated Norway-based Chef Andrea Selvaggini. Marking his first-ever appearance in India, Chef Selvaggini will present an extraordinary culinary showcase in Hyderabad, offering guests a one-of-its-kind experience that blends his distinctive European sensibilities with the warmth of Indian hospitality. This special two-day engagement promises to be a rare opportunity for gourmands to witness the artistry of a Michelin-starred chef in an intimate setting. Hailing from Tarquinia, near Rome, Chef Andrea Selvaggini has carved an inspiring path across global fine dining, with formative stints in Italy, Spain alongside Quique Dacosta, and Mexico before making Norway his base. Chef Andrea Selvaggini brings to India, his globally acclaimed signatures including Nettle Pasta with spring cassoulet and fermented white asparagus, the delicately composed “Zucchini Flower” with saffron and elderflower emulsion, and the indulgent Smoked Duck Royale with fermented koji and burnt roses – each dish a testament to his philosophy of precision, seasonality, and storytelling on the plate. Chef Andrea Selvaggini sharing his excitement about his maiden India visit said, “Bringing my cuisine to India for the first time is incredibly special. At Raen-The Chef’s Studio, I hope to create moments that go beyond taste and experiences that reflect my journey, my philosophy, and the joy of storytelling through food. Hyderabad’s energy and curiosity make it the perfect place to share this chapter.” …
