Cross Hotels & Resorts rebrands X2 and X2 Vibe hotels

Following its successful transition from BHMA to Cross Hotels & Resorts, the Thailand-based hospitality group will now change the name of its X2 brand to Cross and X2 Vibe to Cross Vibe. This name change is part of the group’s strategy targeted to emphasise the strength of its capabilities, growth, and commitment to identify product position in the marketplace. All X2 and X2 Vibe hotels in Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam will be progressively relaunched to further enhance quality and drive consistency across the brand portfolio. All references associated with X2 and X2 Vibe brand name and logo shall reflect the new identity. Cross Hotels & Resorts expands in Japan, signs 7-hotel franchise deal

Cross Hotels & Resorts has announced that it has expanded its regional footprint with entry into the Japanese market in a master franchise agreement with AB Accommo Company Limited. The deal involves opening of seven properties with a total of 844 keys within four years stretching across Okinawa in the far south to Hokkaido. “Taking our business and brands into the prized Japanese hospitality marketplace is a watershed moment for Cross Hotels & Resorts. This agreement to franchise our brands into the Japanese market speaks volumes for the work we have done to define our branding and distribution value proposition and the manner in which our partners have embraced it.
