Ivory Destination proudly offers two distinctive holiday resorts nestled in the heart of Uttarakhand: The Golden Tusk, located near the Jim Corbett National Park, and The Chamomile Estate, perched in the scenic hills of Guniyalekh near Mukteshwar.

The Golden Tusk, our flagship family resort, has been welcoming guests for over 13 years. Set amidst serene wilderness near Corbett, it has earned a reputation as a perfect family holiday retreat with a host of thoughtfully curated, kid-friendly activities and immersive nature-based experiences. Its spacious layout, lush greenery, and warm hospitality make it ideal not just for family vacations but also for MICE groups and social celebrations. Our guests often commend our attentive, hands-on approach that makes each visit special.

The Chamomile Estate, our latest boutique family resort, offers an intimate escape in the tranquil Kumaon hills. Designed for those seeking a luxurious yet relaxed holiday, this estate is perfect for couples, families, and nature lovers alike. With a wide range of activities for all age groups, easy accessibility, and postcard-perfect surroundings, it’s already become a favourite among travellers in just a few months of opening. 2) Ivory Destination has witnessed remarkable growth in a short span. Are there plans to expand into new states? If so, which destinations are currently on your radar?

Yes, the journey so far has been exciting, and we’re grateful for the warm reception from our guests. While there are aspirations to expand beyond Uttarakhand, we believe our home state still has much to offer in terms of untapped potential and unique holiday experiences. Over the next few years, our focus will remain within Uttarakhand, where we can continue building immersive, family-centric resorts.

Our next project is already underway in Ranikhet, promising breathtaking 180-degree views of the Himalayas. We aim to develop it as another holiday resort destination with something for everyone—from kids to grandparents. Some other plans are in the early stages, and we’re excited to reveal more when the time is right.

3) With the addition of your latest property, what kind of revenue growth are you projecting for the upcoming fiscal year?

With the successful launch of The Chamomile Estate, we’re anticipating a revenue growth of over 20% this fiscal year. Offering guests the option to experience two distinct yet nearby destinations in a single itinerary—lush forests at Jim Corbett and the peaceful hills near Mukteshwar—has added a lot of value for family travellers and leisure seekers. This synergy between the two resorts is helping us attract longer stays and repeat visits.

4) As the brand evolves, what are your key focus areas moving forward? Could you also share a glimpse into your strategic vision for the future of Ivory Destination?

At the heart of our brand is a guest-centric approach with a strong emphasis on consistency and care. We believe that when we put guests first—understanding their needs and delivering consistently warm, memorable experiences—revenue and growth naturally follow.

Our strategy is two-fold:

Enhancing our existing resorts, with constant upgrades in infrastructure and experiences, especially for families and kids.

Creating new resorts that offer the same blend of luxury, authenticity, and warmth, always rooted in the local ecosystem and culture.

We’re also building a passionate team of professionals who are aligned with our vision of becoming a leading name in boutique family-friendly holiday resorts in India.

5) The luxury and leisure segment is becoming increasingly prominent in the hospitality industry. How is Ivory Destination adapting its offerings to meet the expectations of this discerning clientele?
