India-based Tamara Leisure Experiences strengthens its German Portfolio with 4th Hotel Acquisition

Tamara Leisure Experiences headquartered in Bengaluru, India has added to its German portfolio of hospitality outlets with the recent acquisition of Moxy Bremen at Uberseestadt in Bremen. This marks the 4th hotel acquisition by Tamara Leisure Experiences in Germany, strengthening its hospitality portfolio in the region. Swosti Group opens 125-key five-star premium luxury beach resort in Puri

The events industry in India is all set to get a new address with the latest offering from Swosti Group – Swosti Premium Beach Resorts, the first five-star premium luxury beach resort at Sipasurubuli, Puri. The property that comes equipped with facilities to host mega conferences and elaborate wedding ceremonies, boasts of large open-air landscaped lawns. Luxury hospitality market reached €79 billion in 2021: Bain & Company

Luxury hospitality bounced back from the middle of second quarter of 2021, and occupancy rates gradually increased. However, overall spending on hospitality stayed below pre-pandemic levels due to continued restrictions on international travel. The market reached €79 billion, up 20 to 22 per cent at current exchange rates from 2020, but still down 58 to 62 percent from 2019. Hotel chains outpaced independents, powered by their greater adaptability to shifting consumer needs.
