Held in Abu Dhabi, Europamundo Vacations’ latest Annual Convention was attended by 200 participants from 44 countries. The news about the tour operator were revealed, while the guests were able to learn more about the host destination. “Towards New Destinations!” was the leitmotif of the latest annual convention that Europamundo recently held in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates). With it, we honor both the multitude of new projects that the company is carrying out, as well as the new routes that have been created in the region and were presented at the event. Thus, three interesting working days took place in the Emirati capital, where more than 200 participants representing 70 companies from 44 countries met. Ark Travels, a B2B company specialising in cruise representation business, has penetrated further into the non-cruising space with the acquisition of Outbound Konnections, spearheaded by Anjum Lokhandwala, who will continue as its Director. Kishan Biyani, MD, Ark Travels, says, “I felt this was the right time to enter into the non-cruise space. Europamundo Vacations has started a pre-sale offer under which patrons can book for their vacations for 2019-20 at the prices quoted in their brochure for 2018-19 for the corresponding week and month. This means that one can freeze the rates from March 2019 till March 2020 for travel till March 2020 from the company’s 2018-19 catalogue for any destination. The company ensures guaranteed departures on the same day of the week, during the same corresponding month and season of the year.

Europamundo Vacations, owned by JTB (Japan Travel Bureau), one of the largest travel and tourism companies in the world, has introduced English guided tours from April this year to focus on Indian travellers and their requirements.
