According to Kayak, when it comes to travel budgets, 72% of Indians are willing to spend similarly or more than last year while travelling this festive season. 4 out of 5 Indians are planning on reducing discretionary spending, like gadgets and OTT, to increase their travel budgets this season. 

Kayak revealed, Varanasi has seen a substantial 102% increase in flight searches despite a 7% rise in flight prices as compared to 2022. The culturally significant, ancient city of Madurai has also witnessed a 97% increase in flight searches even with a 22% price increase compared to last year.
