With the growth of religious tourism in India, Royal Orchid Hotels has added a new property, ‘Regenta Central’ in Somnath. The hotel is located on the main highway of Veraval and is located within 5 kilometres from Veraval and Somnath railway station. The hotel offers spacious banquet halls and plush lawns which can accommodate up to 2000 people for various occasions such as large-scale family social gathering, business presentations, seminars and confidential corporate meets. The guests can also indulge in various relaxation activities at the hotel’s gymnasium, spa and swimming pool. Royal Orchid Hotels adds another property Regenta Central Point in Srinagar to its portfolio. Located at city centre, Regenta Central Point is 12 kms away from the airport and a 10 minute walk from Dal Lake. The four-star property has 46 rooms in a range of options – Deluxe Rooms and Executive Suites with modern amenities. Royal Orchid Hotels has announced the opening of its new hotel in Nashik named Regenta Resort Soma Vine Village. The property has 32 rooms offering boutique accommodation with varied dining and banquet facilities. On-site amenities at the hotel include a restaurant, winery, state-of-the-art fitness centre, outdoor pool, business centre and spa services. Chander K. Royal Orchid Hotels has announced the opening of its new hotel ‘Regenta Inn The Dwarika’ in Dwarka, taking the number of properties under Royal Orchid group to 46. Chander K. Royal Orchid Hotels has announced the opening of a hotel in Kanpur – Regenta Central The Crystal – taking the number of properties under Royal Orchid group  to 45. Located at the heart of the city, the hotel offers 44 rooms and three suites and is a 45-minute drive from Kanpur airport. Chander K. Royal Orchid Hotels has announced that it has reached an agreement to represent Bespoke Hotels in India. With this strategic partnership, Bespoke and Royal Orchid shall work together to enhance each other’s revenues and brand presence in their respective markets. Royal Orchid now has the ability to offer its guests hundreds of hotel options across multiple global markets. Bespoke, in turn, shall promote this new partnership in the Indian subcontinent to its guests. Bespoke Hotels has grown to represent and manage over 200 properties worldwide, with over 50 represented hotels in India, and stands as the UK’s Largest Independent Hotel Group. Royal Orchid Hotels announces the opening of one more hotel under its brand ‘Regenta’ in Deharadun, Uttarakhand slated to open on 25 June, 2017. With this, it will now have a total of 44 hotels. The 74-key Regenta LP Vilas is a luxurious hotel spread over a lakh sq. ft. area with a capacity to cater to 4,000 people. It is centrally located among other Dehradun hotels within the city and close to the famous business hub Selaqui, international airport and railway station. The hotel offers a picturesque view of the forest and features a multi cuisine restaurant and a bar. The hotel is also, first of its kind to offer luxurious and spacious venue to host any kind of event with eight unique venues. Chander K. Royal Orchid Hotels Limited has approved an interim dividend of 10 per cent. The dividend will result in payout of Rs 3.19 crore (including dividend distribution tax). The record date for dividend payment is March 1, 2017. Commenting on the dividend results Chander Baljee, Chairman & Managing Director said, “After a gap of six years, the company has decided to declare a dividend to its shareholders. The dividend payout shows improved financial performance in the current financial year and we are optimistic of improved financial performance in the last quarter and the next financial year.” The company had reported net profit of Rs 4.23 crore for the third quarter ended December 2016 compared to net profit of Rs 2.01 crore in December 2015. In the first nine months of the current financial year, Royal Orchid Hotels has reported net profit of Rs 6.47 crore.

Royal Orchid Hotels announces the opening of two hotels under its brand Regenta Inn in Vadodara and Kolkata on Dec  15, expanding to 40 hotels by the end of 2016.
