India’s fastest-growing hospitality chain, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts, recently held its 7th annual GM Conclave in Cygnett Style Jaipur under the theme ‘Aggrandize Hospitality Cygnett Horizons 2024.’ The event provided a platform for discussing the company’s strategic expansion plans and key insights into transformational changes in the hospitality industry. Sarbendra Sarkar, Founder and Managing Director, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts, shared that Cygnett is on track to open 15 new hotels and 1200 keys over the next year, with ten currently under project & pre-opening stage. Cygnett Group of Hotels and Resorts plans to launch 9 new properties across multiple cities in different regions of India over the next six months. The new properties will come up in Dehradun, Jaipur (2 hotels), Bhiwadi, Dalhousie, Solan, Kolkata, Rajkot, and Goa. “There is a lot of pent-up demand, especially in the smaller cities and towns, and we want to aggressively capitalize on that demand,” said Sarbendra Sarkar, MD & Founder Cygnett Hotels & Resorts

The budget hotel features 40 guest rooms and suites with modern interiors, stylish furnishings and spacious event and banquet space. Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has recently launched Cygnett Lite Ramachandra at Visakhapatnam, adding 42 keys to its repertoire. The hotel is strategically located at a distance of just 30 minutes’ drive from Visakhapatnam International Airport. With its latest addition, the chain will now have a total of 15 operating hotels under its wings. Moreover, nine new properties are scheduled to open by December 2018, including Vishakhapatnam.
