Signs multiple hotels with Bangalore-based Grand Continent Hotels  India’s fastest growing group of hotels, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts declare its latest business model – A Sarovar Affiliate,  a model that will position the group on a rapid trajectory of growth and expansion to meet its business plan for the next five years. with the launch of this model, the group foresees bringing a large number of hotels into its existing portfolio within the mid-market and premium categories across India. The first agreement in this direction has been signed with Bengaluru-based Grand Continent Hotels to manage its upcoming hotels across key metropolitan and secondary cities pan India. With this development, Sarovar will add over 10 hotels in the next five years to its proliferating portfolio. The recently opened hotels include a 45-room hotel Grand Continent Hosur, Tamil Nadu, and a 48-room hotel Grand Continent Hebbal, Bengaluru. Under the new agreement, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts will extend robust sales and marketing support to Grand Continent Hotels which stand to gain from Sarovar’s wide network of Regional Sales Offices (RSOs) across eleven cities and Louvre’s global distribution platform. Expanding its portfolio in Gujarat to seven hotels, Sarovar Hotels has announced the opening of its latest project in the temple town, Somnath. Sarovar Portico, Somnath is spread in beautiful landscaped terrain and has aesthetically designed Presidential and Royal suites, Studio rooms, superior rooms and executive rooms. Sarovar Hotels and Resort has announced the opening of their new hotel in the Godavari Delta of Andhra Pradesh. Dindi is in the intersection where the Godavari joins the Bay of Bengal. A destination known for its coconut plantations, serene backwaters, vast lakes and palm-fringed canals, the RVR Sarovar Portico, Dindi has aesthetically designed rooms and Suites, with a view of beautiful lilies and lotus plants. In a bid to expand its footprint in India, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts has plans to come up with 16 new properties by the end of 2019. With this move, it will be adding approximately 970 rooms to its current portfolio. As of now, the company has 6,000 rooms and manages three properties overseas and has a total of 73 hotels in the country. The upcoming hotels will be categorised under three brands— Sarovar Premiere, Sarovar Portico and Hometel Suites. These hotels will be located in multiple destinations which include Goa, Dehradun, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Udaipur, Junagadh, Dahisar, Dibrugarh, Morbi, Jammu, Bodh Gaya, and Dindi, among others. Amongst the 16 hotels, the majority will be under the Sarovar Portico brand, the hotel at Dahisar will be Hometel Suites brand while the property at Bodh Gaya will be under the Sarovar Premiere brand.

Sarovar Hotels has announced the signing of a new hotel in South Goa, marking the group’s further foray into the state. Sarovar Portico in Palolem will offer guests a perfect stay experience upon completion in mid-2019. In addition to well-appointed 48 rooms, the hotel will offer all-day dinning, bar, spa, gymnasium and swimming pool. The hotel will also feature meeting rooms for up to 300 guests to meet the rapidly growing demand of MiCE segment. Sarovar Hotels & Resorts expands its portfolio in the Delhi-NCR region with the signing of The Gaurs Sarovar Portico Greater Noida West owned and developed by Gaursons, one of the most eminent real estate brands in North India. The hotel is part of an 18-acre Sports Club and adjoins a sports stadium, giving it a unique locational advantage. Upon completion in mid-2019, The Gaurs Sarovar Portico will offer its guests 72 rooms with all upscale amenities, a specialty restaurant and bar, and a banquet hall and party lawns with a capacity of over 10,000 people. Sarovar Hotels has announced the opening of Nataraj Sarovar Portico Jhansi, consolidating the group’s foray into Uttar Pradesh. The 72-room hotel is also the first branded hotel in the smart city. The hotel was inaugurated in the presence of Sanjay Khanna, Managing Director, Nataraj Mobiles and Ajay K Bakaya, Managing Director, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts. Owned by Nataraj Sai Hotels, Nataraj Sarovar Portico is the city’s first contemporary hotel in this evolving city.
