Sarovar Hotels & Resorts has launched Royal Hometel Suites in Mumbai. The hotel features 112 rooms & suites and features two banquet halls to conduct conferences, wedding and social gathering which can accommodate up to 550 guests. Anil Madhok, Executive Chairman, Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, said, “The opening of Royal Hometel Suites strengthens our position in the Mumbai market in line with the brand’s growth strategy. The launch follows the growing trend of business and leisure hotels along with the brand’s quality assurance and ‘Signature Sarovar Hospitality’. Our new property is appropriate for both business and leisure travellers considering the location of the hotel.”

Sarovar Hotels & Resorts has expanded its presence in Delhi-NCR with the signing of a new hotel in Surajkund, Faridabad. This will be Sarovar’s third hotel in Haryana after Gurugram and Faridabad. Sarovar Portico, a mid-scale hotel located in Surajkund-Faridabad, is scheduled to open by the end of this year. The hotel has 60 well-appointed rooms including suites, multi cuisine dining, bar and a wellness centre. It has a multiple banqueting and conferencing facilities with a capacity to accommodate 600 guests. The hotel offers a wide range of venues to host trainings, workshops, product launches, exhibitions, weddings and other social events. Commenting on the development, Anil Madhok, Executive Chairman, Sarovar Hotels says, “We are delighted to expand our business and boundaries further in Delhi-NCR. This is our third hotel in the state of Haryana. Further expanding its presence in South India, Sarovar Hotels has announced the signing of Shravanthi Sarovar Portico in Bengaluru. The mid-scale hotel, located in JP Nagar, offers 80 newly renovated guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, club bar, fitness centre and conferencing facilities. The newly redecorated lobby is spacious and comprises a coffee lounge, just the perfect setting for relaxation or business networking. The total inventory of Sarovar in the city will cross 700 rooms and this will be Sarovar’s sixth hotel after La Marvella Sarovar Premiere, Davanam Sarovar Portico Suites, RBD Sarovar Portico, Radha Hometel and Radisson Blu. Shravanthi Sarovar Portico is special by way of decorative themes that run through each of the four floors of the property. Sarovar Hotels announces the opening of its first hotel in Zambia – Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere, Lusaka. With three operating hotels in Tanzania and Kenya, this will be their fourth in the African continent. Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere is an all-suite upscale development in the vibrant Manda Hill area of Lusaka. It offers a splendid guest experience with 82 all-suite, an all-day-dining restaurant, poolside grill, bar, lobby cafe, fitness centre and spa. Expanding its overseas portfolio, Sarovar Hotels has announced the signing of its latest project in Africa with Yeha Hotel – A Sarovar Premiere Hotel, a luxury property in Axum, Ethiopia. This development signifies Sarovar’s focus on Africa and the latest addition to its existing portfolio of properties in Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia. Yeha Hotel- A Sarovar Premiere Hotel will be a modern, luxurious development with a revolving restaurant and bar. It will also have the latest amenities in conferencing and meeting, a swimming pool, water amusement park and a kid’s playground. In the first phase, it will launch with 78 keys in October 2019, with plan to expand to 222 keys by 2021. The upscale full-service hotel features 80 guest rooms and suites with modern interiors, stylish furnishings and spacious event and banquet space. Sarovar Hotels & Resorts announces the opening of Taurus Sarovar Portico, New Delhi – IGI Airport. Strategically located near the IGI airport, Taurus Sarovar Portico features 83 guestrooms and it is the second hotel opening of the year by Sarovar Hotels after the opening in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The hotel offers state-of-the-art business and conferencing facilities, Fitness Center, Alfa 63 – an all-day dining multi-cuisine restaurant, In-Room dining, and meeting rooms. The hotel is owned by Taurus International Projects. Commenting on the opening, Ajay K. Adding another pilgrimage destination to its portfolio, Sarovar Hotels has signed two hotels in Katra, Jammu & Kashmir, namely, The Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico and Shri Vaishnodevi Sarovar Portico. Both the hotels complement Sarovar’s existing hotel RK Sarovar Portico, Srinagar. Sarovar is already present in the pilgrimage destinations of Badrinath, Amritsar, Haridwar, Vrindavan and Tirupati. Sarovar Hotels announces the signing of a new hotel deal in Dahisar, a 112 suites Royal Hometel Suites. Owned by Lion Pencils, Royal Hometel Suites is expected to open in 2018.
