Air India not complying with provisions of passenger-centric regulations: DGCA

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has pulled up Air India for the second time in less than 18 months for not providing adequate facilities to passengers who were denied boarding. The aviation regulator has stated that it has issued a show cause notice to Air India after their inspections revealed that the airline, yet again, did not facilitate the impacted passengers as per rules.
