1,000 acre tourism zone being planned near upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport

Maharashtra Tourism will soon table a draft of tourism policy before the state cabinet for approval proposing to come up with a dedicated tourism zone. The proposed zone will have amusement parks, hotels, and restaurants, and provisions for allocating 1,000 acres of land for the same near the Navi Mumbai International Airport.
