Leisure Hotels to open heritage luxury resort in Mussoorie

With the signing up of an almost century-old heritage Luxury resort, Leisure Hotels Group (LHG), an experiential luxury resort chain with a bouquet of 29 properties spanning North India, has announced its entry into ‘Queen of Hills’ Mussoorie, a nature lover’s delight with stunning views of the Himalayan mountain ranges, shining views of Doon Valley and magnificent views of Shivalik Mountain. The signing up also means that the group will now have 20 operational properties effectively consolidating the experiential resort chain’s position as the largest & most well preferred hospitality company in Uttarakhand. This new property in Mussoorie is under our management contract. Yas Island and DCT- Abu Dhabi host Mega FAM with Indian agents for the 22nd IIFA Awards

Experience Hub, the trade and promotion arm of Yas Island Abu Dhabi and a subsidiary of Miral and Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi (DCT) partnered to host 45 Indian leisure and MICE travel agents on a four-day familiarization trip to Abu Dhabi. TAFI signs MoU with leading bank to facilitate digital payments

The Travel Agents’ Federation of India (TAFI) signed an MoU with IDFC First Bank to facilitate digital payments. Ajay Prakash, President, TAFI, who was present at the signing ceremony, said that the members can avail of this opportunity to get digital payment platforms for their agencies such as POS machines and payments links, among others. The rates negotiated between TAFI and IDFC First Bank will be a winning proposition for both the parties, Prakash said.
