The 6th India International Hospitality Expo is scheduled to debut on August 2nd, 2023.

India Expo Centre and Mart Greater Noida, one of India’s largest integrated venues for exhibitions, conventions and conferences is excited to declare the 6th edition of India International Hospitality Expo 2023! The event will take place from August 2-5, 2023, at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida.

The inauguration ceremony of IHE 2023 shall be held on August 2, 2023, at 11:00 am. Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, will be the chief guest, Shri Raghubir Singh Bali, Chairman of HP Tourism Development Corporation Ltd., as the guest of honor. Shri Prabodh Saxena, IAS, Chief Secretary Government of Himachal Pradesh, will also grace the occasion.

Himachal Pradesh is the focus state at IHE, 2023, with the theme “Craft, Culture, Cuisine”. In addition to showcasing the natural beauty of the state in terms of tourism, HP Tourism will also showcase eco-tourism and exquisite work of master craftsperson and weavers of HP. Masterclasses on HP’s traditional food, “DHAAM” a grand feast, will be conducted by the internationally acclaimed Chef Shree Nand Lal from Himachal Pradesh. It has been seen that the hospitality industry in Himachal Pradesh is experiencing major growth post-pandemic.

The Junior Pastry Indian Cup 2023 which is prestigious and highly anticipated Pastry Event shall also be organized in collaboration with M/s Hammer Publications. The event shall brings together teams from leading culinary institutions across India. The event serves as a melting pot of culinary talent, innovation, and passion. The participating teams represent top institutions, including JW Marriott, White Caps International School of Pastry, Le Cordon Bleu GD Goenka University, École Ducasse ISH, Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, International Institute of Culinary Arts, and RIG Institute of Hospitality and Management.

This exciting competition showcases the exquisite pastry skills of the next generation of talented pastry chefs. The contestants will dazzle and inspire with their creations centered around the competition theme of “Myths and Legends,” where they will share the rich cultural heritage and history of India through their delicious sweet and savory masterpieces.
