In a bid to promote and prioritize tourism, the Govt of Nepal has declared 2023 to 2033 as the tourism decade. Announced during Nepal’s annual budget, the tourism decade will focus on activations across the sector and closely involve private players as well.

According to a recent report by IATA, India witnessed a significant surge , with RPKs surpassing 2019 levels by 14.7 % and experiencing an 18.3 % year-on -year increase. Growth in international air traffic continues to be stable this month.

Jyotiraditya Sciindia, Civil Aviation Minister, said, “Civil aviation is expected to grow from 14.5 cr passengers to 45 cr passengers by 2030. There is a huge potential in the aviation sector to be explored both in terms of passenger traffic and infrastructure”.

IRCTC announced the launch of Zoop, a Google Chatbot for food delivery on trains. Railway passengers can simply google “Zoop India” and click on the “Chat” option for ordering food on train, track their PNR status, and orders within the chat itself. From checking the PNR Status on Google Chats to selecting their desired items to track their orders, users can carry out the entire process without the app or website can be done with AI assistance. The entire food ordering process is very smooth and user-friendly. Here’s how to use the Zoop Google Chat for Indian Railways: 1. Type “Zoop India” on the Google search bar 2. Select the “Chat” option – this will open a pop-up for chat with a live agent 3. Select “Check PNR Status” or “Order Food” as per your needs.
